With the Smart Bee Box you invest in an intelligent tool management system that is fully tailored to the needs of manufacturing companies. This system consists of a combination of spirals, ideal for indexable inserts, drills, taps and reamers, and flip doors for storage. In these compartments, in addition to larger tools such as lathe tools, milling holders and clamping systems, measuring tools can also be stored and checked out to employees. Employees also have the option to use a compartment to store personal items such as mobile phones and car keys. The system uses facial recognition to identify the person who checks out the tool, allowing the borrowed tool to be assigned to a specific project to be assigned. The system monitors four key processes: receipt, return, use and service life of your tools. When the minimum quantity is reached, the system can automatically send an email to place an order to replenish the stock up to the maximum level.
